MERR28 Peer Leadership in Co-Curricular Settings
Introductory course for student leaders combining theoretical background and practical applications. Topics include: student-development theory; communication strategies; leadership-skills assessment; and intergroup relations. Includes readings, discussions, self-reflection, and lectures. Resident assistant (RA) pre-employment training course. Enrollment by interview only: approval of instructor required. Enrollment restricted to selection as resident assistant (RA), program assistant, or alternate for Merrill College.
