BIOE 3 Concepts in Biology

A non-survey course suitable for people who have not had biology. A historical and experimental approach covers five key biological concepts: homeostasis, the integration of structure and function, cell theory, the mechanism of heredity, and evolution. Students cannot receive credit for this course after receiving prior credit for BIOL 20A, BIOE 20B, or BIOE 20C. (Formerly Biology 3.)
