Students explore the aesthetic, cultural, and technical goals of a project, identifying areas for improvement and proposing contributions aligned with their skills and interests. Through research, case studies, and hands-on projects, students develop critical thinking, communication, and design skills while learning to navigate collaborative, open-source ecosystems. The course culminates in a professional presentation emphasizing both process and impact. No programming experience required; students from all disciplines welcome.
