ECE 273 Signal Integrity in PCB Design
As circuits operate at ever-higher speeds, this course explores advanced analog principles critical to high-speed digital design, addressing challenges like signal integrity, crosstalk, and power integrity, and developing innovative solutions for reliable performance in modern high-frequency systems. Enrollment is by permission of the instructor and is restricted to graduate students. In some quarters, the course is taught in conjunction with
ECE 173. Students cannot receive credit for this course and
ECE 173.
